b) Payment Methods:

We accept payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal, processed securely through third-party payment providers.

c) Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

d) VAT for EU Customers:

EU customers are responsible for VAT payments. EzeLyfe does not collect or manage VAT for EU orders.

Shipping & Delivery

a) Delivery Areas:

We deliver within the UK and internationally to the EU.

b) Shipping Options:

Standard Delivery (UK):

Free tracked delivery within mainland UK (2-3 business days).

Next Day Tracked Delivery (UK):

Available for orders placed by 2 PM (Monday-Friday) or by 12 PM on Saturdays. Applies to mainland UK only.

Tracked International Delivery (EU):

Delivered within 5-8 working days.

c) Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees for international orders vary based on destination and order size and are displayed at checkout.

d) Delivery Timeframes:

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

e) Risk of Loss:

Ownership of Products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

Returns & Refunds

a) Returns Policy:

b) Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

c) International Returns:

Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

d) Faulty Products:
